Material :
0.5 kg of tuna
Seven red onion cloves
5 garlic cloves
fifteen red chilies
15 green peppers
7 red curly chilies
1 leek
the first galangal section
1 ginger slice
1 stem of lemongrass
three bay leaves
3 leaves of lime
a single basil leaf
one mapboard
Sugar

Pepper
Ways to make:
1. Get the oil hot. Cooked and fragrant ground spices should be sautéed with shallots, petai, kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass.
